The Home Energy Assessment has two phases: The first phase consists of a Certified Professional taking inventory of and reporting on the current conditions in your manufactured (mobile) home; including at a minimum the following:

Health and Safety (carbon monoxide levels/moisture problems)*

Air infiltration rates

Insulation levels

Domestic hot-water system efficiency

Heating system efficiency

Cooling system/central air conditioning efficiency

Distribution system efficiency (ductwork)

Lighting and Major appliances (load /or energy use)

The second phase consists of developing a work scope for proposed improvements; including the estimated $money and energy savings.

Weatherization is the practice of protecting a building and its interior from the exterior elements. Particularly from sunlight, rain/snow, and wind. And of modifying a building to reduce energy consumption and optimize energy efficiency.

Alternative Energy products can help reduce reliance on combustion fuels which will reduce carbon emmissions. Renewable products are self-sufficient, requiring NO ELECTRIC OR FUEL COSTS.
